Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, leichte Einstellungen tolles Bild usw. Jetzt, nach ein paar Wochen, zeigen sich die ersten Macken, Programme schalten wie von Geisterhand, Sender verschwinden, Programmliste ändert sich usw. Bin doch insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Auch nach Update keine besserung.

Ablauf für den Service, sehr zäh und aufwendig. Bei der Service-Hotline (Österreich) sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Servicepartner hat kein Ersatzgerät bereit gestellt. Nur auf Anfrage und dann selber abholen, schlecht. Weiters überlegen wir, ob wir beim nächsten mal wieder oder überhaupt ein Sony Gerät kaufen. Für solch eine Marke und der Preis, erwartet man sich einen besseren Service. Weniger Aufwand und einfachen Ablauf, dass würde schon genügen.

I've had this tv and everything I try to use bravia core and it asks me to sign in, after I do so it says it doesn't recognise my email address via my Google account, but when i do it online it recognises me icant even get the itvx app on the tv

As an attempt of rectifying the issue, you can follow the below troubleshooting steps:
1-Unplug the TV from the mains with anything connected to it, then plug it back after two minutes with no external devices and test the performance again.
-Ensure that your TV is running on the latest software version by following this link: https://bit.ly/40ldHwf

As for the iTVX app issue, we'd like to confirm that this TV supports iTVX app, kindly launch ITV Hub from apps row. They're the same app, just rebranded. The icon will be updated in the near future. Youview (Live TV & Catchup) can also launch ITVX directly via the APPS tab or via the EPG guide from an ITV "on-demand content".

Bought two weeks ago to replace ageing Panasonic 32". As an 'Older Person ' not into gaming, just wanted a TV that will last, with good colour, clarity, sound and can be linked to my Humax Aura box for recording of programmes. Initially went for the KD43X72K but on reading the reviews decided to 'dig deep' and opt for the X85J, despite seeing no difference in screen colour at the store. On the whole I'm very pleased with the product. Colour, clarity and sound are exceptional, but that is what I expect from Sony. I also opted to purchase an centre stand from a major on-line retailer using the supplied fixtures from Sony. Thank you Sony! That said I don't like the small Remotes and the ridiculously small buttons for TV guide, placed at the bottom of the Remote. Hasn't Sony any idea what it's like to have ageing hands? Like others, I found the set-up instructions extremely poor and I'm still not convinced I've done it right, as unlike my Panasonic it takes an inordinate amount of time to connect to an HDMI accessory and I can't seem to get to grips with Catch-Up TV, but that may be down to my limited tech knowledge. For a non-Gamer is it worth the substantial extra investment? It's a case of wait and see.

I bought this tv a year ago. Was delighted with it once set up but after a few weeks a green flash started to appear intermittently and then at least once every minute. It took Sony 7weeks to send out an engineer who immediately ch aged it for a new tv…result! However two weeks ago the tv started to switch itself off and flash red on the led. I followed all the troubleshooting advice and reset the tv multiple times as it continued to switch off. I also changed any settings (when the tv actually worked) that the troubleshooting suggested maybe causing the issue. The tv eventually switched off and would not power on again. Two weeks later we are still waiting for this to be dealt with! Do not buy this tv. I’m a fan of Sony but this has put serious doubts in my mind if I would buy another one of their products. I’m wary of mentioning customer service as I’ve already had to rewrite this because I spoke about them too much but let’s just say that as a paying customer I’m very dissapointed. My advice is do not buy this model of tv! Having looked online I do not appear to be alone in having these issues!

Der Fernseher ist der Wahnsinn! Die Bildwiedergabe ist fantastisch, und durch die verschiedenen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten ganz auf den persönlichen Gusto einstellbar. Sowohl die 120 Hz als auch die verschiedenen Dolby Formate kommen klasse rüber und machen den Fernseher zu einem wahren Heimkinoerlebniss! Das Interface und die Bedienung über Google TV sind super einfach. Die Fernbedienung ist übersichtlich gestaltet, und fühlt sich trotz Plastik sehr wertig an. Die Kurzwahltasten sind perfekt für ein schnelles wechseln zwischen den Apps oder um zügig zur entsprechenden App zu gelangen. Es sind genug Anschlussmöglichkeiten da, um BluRay-Player und Spielekonsole anzuschließen. Durch HDMI 2.1 Unterstützung kommen auch alle Inhalte in den entsprechenden Formaten klasse rüber. Der Fernseher ist für alle zu empfehlen, die ein Allround-Packet haben wollen, das einfach gestaltet (bedienfreundlich) und zukunftssicher ist (HDMI 2.1, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, 120 Hz, 4K, etc.) und beim bedienen einfach Spaß macht!

Ich habe vorab sehr lange recherchiert und lese unheimlich viel vorab, samt Bewertungen etc., inkl. jedes Review bei YouTube. Nun sind zwei Wochen nach Erhalt des TV vergangen und ich kann nur positives erwähnen. Die neue GoogleTV Oberfläche macht einen sehr guten und intuitiven Job. Selbst das Upscalling ist hervorragend und für mich ist das "TV Erlebnis" ein absoluter Genuss. Ich bin sehr froh und zufrieden, mich für diesen TV entschieden zu haben und kann ihn zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The TV has a clear picture and plenty of ports for extras. The feet are flimsy for a 50" and you need a large table to place the TV. The Google TV is okay, but the UK catch-up channels (iPlayer, ITV Hub etc) are buried at the back of an obscure app. Also, these icons sometimes drop out and have to be refreshed through this app. I had to ring the Sony helpline to talk me through reactivating.

Leider macht das Gerät von Anfang an nur Probleme. Regelmässige Abstürze und Neustarts. Funktioniert mit RTX-3070ti über HDMI nur mit uralten Geforce Treibern. LAN nur 100MB.

Power Hungry on Standby

I was disappointed to find it draws between 10 and 12W when on standby. Sony essentially refused to accept this as a fault or provide any advice or assistance. After a lot of fiddling around changing settings at random it now works properly, but to be safe I disconnect it from the mains when not in use. (Which was actually Sony's suggested solution)

Habe das Gerät seit einer Woche, seit dem mehrfache Softwarefehler gehabt, daher sende ich das Gerät zurück zurück. Der Vollständigkeithalber die Fehler: Zum Anfang sehr Pixelige/Unscharfe Darstellung der Sender, nach Softwareupdate behoben. FlakerndexBildschirmdarstellung nach Anruf beim Support, sehr unfreundlich, Cache gelöscht dann funktionierte es kurz, danach Gerät auf Werkseinstellung zurück gesetzt, dann funktionierte es wieder. Programme bearbeitet und verschoben, Programme vorhanden, -Inhalt war ein anderer... Ständig neue Fehler, sehr ärgerlich, nicht von Sony erwartet, gehe wieder auf Konkurrenz zurück.

Am Anfang starke Verpixelung des Bildes.Erst nach einem späteren Update trat Besserung ein. Dennoch bei SD und HD Signalen treten immer noch Bewegungsunschärfen um sich schnell bewegenden Personen auf. Außerdem treten beim Umschalten im Guide zu Tele5, DMAX und Sport1 Probleme auf. Fast immer kommt nach ein paar Sekunden ein Standbild mit weiter laufendem Ton. Auch nach zurück setzen auf Werkseinstellungen und neuem Sendersuchlauf keine Besserung.

Suche einen 120Hz TV zum Spielen und alles andere was ein TV sonst noch machen sollte. Warum kann man nicht richtig darauf hinweisen das der TV auch die 120 Hz hat. Hinten steht 50 Hz drauf.-wollte ihn gleich wieder zurück-schicken. Einrichtung Fernsehen super-aber die PS5 damit einzustellen-na ja irgendwann kriegt man es hin.-

Sehr gute Bildqualität, gute Zusatzfunktion, jedoch dürftige Betriebsanleitung; Software hat Macken -Gerät schaltete sich selbstädig aus und fuhr dann aber wieder hoch; WLAN-Empfang funktionierte pkötzlich nicht mehr! Nach gogeln - Lösung gefunden - Netzstecker kurzzeitig ziehen (nur ausschalten funktionierte nicht)

Initially this seemed like a great product. But we soon had problems with the connected blue ray player which randomly turns itself on. When we connected the Sony sound bar it doesn’t work with normal TV. The sound bar is perfect when connected to our other Sony TV

tolles Bild mit erstaunlichen schwarz . Ton kann ich nicht viel zu sagen wegen Nutzung einer Soundbar. in Vergleich zu den anderen 3 Sony TV der älteren Art eine enorme Steigerung. ich habe aktuell keine externen Geräte angeschlossen. alles läuft über Apps. Magenta TV, Netflix, Prime usw. Standfuß in 2 Positionen montierbar ist super. Sprachsteuerung ist Einstellungssache und Übung. mein 5v heißt Sony. hey Google Sony lauter oder Alexa Sony lauter funktioniert beides durch Verknüpfung mit skills. über einen dot und SmartWatch für Alexa und Smartphone für Google Assistent. teilweise lässt er sich nicht über Sprache aktivieren, dann ist er in der Alexa App und Google Home App auch Gerät reagiert nicht markiert. Ursache habe ich nicht großartig nach gesucht. Energiesparen habe ich nicht an. Netzwerkverbindung auch OK. aber vielleicht deaktiviert sich doch etwas nach längerer Zeit. einschalten über FB geht logischerweise immer und danach geht auch Sprachsteuerung. die nutze ich aber nur eingeschränkt z.b für lauter leiser beim Essen wenn die Musik doch zu laut ist oder für Pause wenn man los läuft und die FB noch auf dem Sofa liegt. da sogar meine Frau begeistert ist beende ich mit dem Hinweis meine Bewertung.

Habe lange überlegt und verglichen welcher Smart TV gekauft werden soll. Meine Wahl viel auf den Sony KD-75X85J. Das Bild ist überragend die Installation und Bedienung kinderleicht und wichtig war mir das 100 Hertz Panel. Zudem kann er HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision. Um es kurz zu fassen: Entscheidung nicht bereut und wir sind absolut zufrieden mit diesem Kauf.

Ich bin definitiv mehr als zufrieden mit meinem Kauf! Sony ist seit Anfang der 90er Jahre meine erste Wahl bei Fernsehern und Musikplayern. Der Fernseher ist in seiner Preisklasse außergewöhnlich gut. Die Menüs sind flott, das Bild ist gestochen scharf und die Farben sind hervorragend. Die Bildeinstellungen sind sehr gut, erfordern jedoch einige Erfahrung bei der Feinabstimmung bis zur Perfektion. Die Wiedergabe ist auch unabhängig von der Dateigröße, der Auflösung oder dem Mediencontainer (z. B. MKV, MP4, TS) und der hohen Bitrate flüssig. Light Bleeding ist an keiner Stelle zu sehen Das Android-Ökosystem ist immer eine gute Sache, man kann auch Apps nachladen, die nicht in Googles TV-Store verfügbar sind. Der Klang ist für den täglichen Gebrauch nicht schlecht, aber eine Soundbar oder ein gutes Soundsystem wäre eine hervorragende Ergänzung für das Gesamterlebnis und eine gute Investition. Mein vorheriger 32 Zoll Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W705 hat mir in den letzten 7 Jahren außerordentlich gute Dienste geleistet, und bis heute zeigt das Panel keinerlei Anzeichen von Verschlechterung! Bravo Sony!

Expressive play back quality, one of the nicest viewing experiences from an LED screen, only beaten by an OLED, if you don’t have viewing angles to worry about it’s perfect straight on and no sign of that 4K plastic look as on some other older models, one thing which might be fixable as a software update, when using with a PS5 VRR mode locks it to Games mode, it’s not Auto switching, so you have to come out and re set the port on the TV manually to enhanced HDMI, awaiting for clarification of Dolby Vision playback on the PS5 would be nice and would probably solve this only issue and if you are not bothered by the viewing angles I would certainly recommend this TV

Prinzipiel tolles Gerät - Super Bild und Ton

...aber, der Ton muss (zumindest bei eingesetzter Soundbar - ebenfalls von Sony) nach jedem Kanalwechsel oder gar nach jeder Werbung immer wieder neu eingestellt werden. Die Anordnung der Bedientasten an der Fernbedienung ist nicht gerade ideal... Auch die Menüs sind etwas seltsam, wenn man z. Bsp. versucht über die Fernbedienung im EPG infos zur Sendung zu bekommen, und dann auf das Programm wechseln will, dann kommt es halt vor, dass die FB - wenn man nicht aufpasst - den Sender aus den Favoriten schmeisst. Hatte bisher immer Sony-TV's, das ist mir jedoch noch nie passiert. Vielleicht bastel jemand an einer neuen Firmeware, das wäre super.

Had this TV for about 2 weeks now, an upgrade from a 40inch HD TV, the picture quality is amazing, I can sit on my sofa and read text in games, which I found hard to on my old TV, I love the integration to my smart home, meaning I can turn it off when I turn everything off, and I can control it with my alexa, another surprising feature was the remote can control my Ps4, which was a bonus, also integrated with my sound system though digital optical, and it turns the sound system on and off and controls its volume, as I'm already in the Sony ecosystem, this TV is very good, I dunno how others will be if they have different vendor devices, but my experience has been very positive

Seit rund 14 Tagen hat unser Sohn (13 Jahre) den Fernseher in der Benutzung. Er ist sehr zufrieden mit den "smarten" Möglichkeiten bzw. der Bildqualität. Wir hatten vorher einen anderen 43 Zoll Fernseher (auch LCD) ausprobiert, der von den Funktionen ebenfalls toll war. Allerdings ist die Bildqualität vom Sony deutlich besser, so dass unser Sohn diesen behalten wird. Ihm gefällt auch die Fernbedienung besonders gut.

Beim Wechsel auf einen anderen Sender bekomme ich mehrmals am Tag die Meldung , das das Empfangssignal fehlt.Nach ca. 15 Sekunden geht der Empfang wieder,ohne das ich etwas gemacht habe.Das habe ich erst seit ich den neuen Fernseher habe(Seit 2 Wochen).

Nachdem mein letzter Sony TV nach drei Jahren defekt ging, wollte ich es trotzdem nochmal mit Sony probieren. Wieder bin ich enttäuscht. Ein Kratzer im Display. In App Käufe über Prime App nicht erlaubt. Interner Speicher 16Gb angegeben. Vorort freier Speicher nur 4,4 Gb. Bild beeindruckend.

Bin mit dem Bild sehr zufrieden ! Apps jede Menge, Google TV , Betriebssystem Android 10, auch finde ich ich HDMI 2.1 super 100 Hertz Fernseher, 120 Hertz bei Games Toll. Nachteil wenn man das so sagen kann ist das sie App Bravia Core, und Netflix Bildverbesserung erst ab den X90 Angeboten wird. Da sollte Sony für alle Modelle Anbieten. Aber auch sonst ist er sehr gut Ausgestattet. Bin voll zufrieden, habe den TV auch erst 1 Monat, kann den TV nur weiterempfehlen.

My personnel opinion is the u.i is far to compicated compared to there earlier models far to complicated to set the tv up slow connectivity and i found the picture ok but not as good as you would expect and the sound was ok.Compared to my KD-49XG7073 it just doesn not campare .Which im sorry about as i love sony products
