vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir leiten es intern weiter, damit es berücksichtigt wird. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dein Gerät langsam bei der Umschaltung ist. Überprüfe bitte, ob sich die Störung durch einen kompletten Neustart des Fernsehers behebt. Ziehe
dazu alle Kabel von deinem Fernseher, während er läuft, und dann verkable das Gerät erst nach 5 Minuten

1-Unplug the TV from the mains with anything connected to it, then plug it back after two minutes test the performance again.

2-Try different HDMI cable.

3-Test different compatible HDMI devices through the HDMI ports.

We'd like to highlight that depending on the TV settings, the Home screen will be displayed when the TV is turned on. If you change the following setting, you can change the screen that is displayed when the TV is turned on to the TV broadcast channel or external input such as HDMI that you were watching before turning off the TV. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control - Select [Power-on behaviour], and then select [Last used input]. More info can be found here: http://bit.ly/3LZkeXh

Moreover, the BBC’s Red Button service has been evolving. As a result, TV models released in 2020 or later are now only using the BBC Connected Red Button, which is an Internet-based Red Button service. For more details about this topic, check out the following link: http://bit.ly/3wgSkwr

As for the Facebook app, your TV supports Google Play Store, however, we cannot guarantee all third party apps on the TV.

Could you try to follow the below steps as an attempt to resolve the issue:
-Unplug all the external devices
-Unplug the TV from the mains for 1 minute then plug it back it in
